I am a dedicated, professional Counsellor committed to improving your mental health and quality of life through confidential one-to-one sessions. I offer a secure space for you to share your thoughts and emotions, gain new insights, and feel genuinely listened to. Allow yourself the time to prioritise your well-being and let’s navigate life’s challenges together.

I provide counseling services using evidence-based treatment for a variety of mental health and emotional difficulties, including (but not limited to)

  • Depression
  • Worry/Stress/Anxiety
  • Difficulty regulating emotions
  • Trauma (inc- sexual abuse – ACC Sensitive Claims)
  • Domestic violence
  • Teens – low self esteem and self worth issues
  • Childhood Behavioural Problems

 
I enjoy working with people of all age groups; however I have a particular passion for working with youth/young people
I regularly attend my own supervision and maintain on-going personal and professional development

Mission Statement

I provide a dedicated space in your busy schedule to discuss topics that may be difficult to approach with others. Through this process, we will identify and explore your feelings and experiences, leading to a better understanding of different perspectives and ultimately feeling heard.
